Who we are
We are dedicated to solving South Africa’s youth and graduate unemployment crisis. We believe that sustainable youth employment requires more than matching a CV to a job. It requires building emotional resilience, leadership mindsets, and corporate readiness within our youth.
What we do:
Work-Readiness Facilitation: We design workshops that bridge the gap from university to corporate culture, focusing on overcoming imposter syndrome, professional boundaries, and managing workplace anxiety.
Structured Program Coordination: We manage candidate data pipelines, tracking mentorship registers, and transforming program metrics into compliant, clear reports for donors and B-BBEE auditors.
Mentorship & Leadership Support: We guide young professionals through 1-on-1 coaching frameworks to uncover their unique natural wiring/talents and strengths.
Graduate Placements: We connect new graduates with exciting job opportunities, internships, and career growth resources.
VA Placements: We provide business owners who have full-time or part-time remote work assignments with young professionals (virtual assistants) to handle their daily business tasks.
We are passionate about collaborating with youth NGOs, Corporate Social Investment (CSI) teams, business owners, and public sector placement programs to build reliable, high-retention talent pipelines.
